How I Benefited from Acai Power

Losing weight can be one of the hardest challenges a person must face. But with acai power, the challenge would not be a heavy burden in your part. I should know because I was able to lose weigh effectively with the help of acai berry extracts and I had no regrets about taking them.

About Acai Power

The acai berry is a grape sized berry that hails from the rain forests of the Amazon. I read that this berry is considered to be a super fruit due to the fact that it contains a lot of nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that enables it to give the numerous health benefits that attributes to the acai craze that the health and weight loss industries are going crazy about.

I was skeptical before when I first heard all this acai power craze. I thought that nothing can be that good and that most of the benefits it can give are just part of a marketing ploy in order to sell the products. Then I received a pack of supplements from my sister who was very health conscious and I decided to give it a try. After all, I had nothing to lose since I was free and if I felt that something was wrong, I can simply stop using them and scratch off this acai power hype in my list of weight loss solutions.

My Acai Power Experience

I was able to notice some changes after a few weeks of using the acai berry supplements that my sister sent. First of all was the fact that I was getting better sleep quality and that I was more energetic every time I woke up in the morning. This was a significant change in  part due to the fact that I never was a morning person.

Another thing that I noticed was that I started to look better. The dark bags and puffiness in my eyes were gone and the lines I had in my face were fading away. The wrinkles that were once evident also disappeared slowly. I was starting to look younger. This made me believe that the anti aging properties in acai power are true after all.

But the real goal for me here was to lose weight. Acai power did not fail me at all. I was able to lose about 19 pounds in three weeks. I was even able to maintain this new weight due to the fact that I dont really  pig out anymore compared to before where I would always find an excuse to snack in between. My waistline was getting smaller and this helped improve my confidence as well.

I am so thankful that I gave it a try. I had nothing to lose but it turned out that I had a lot to gain as well (except weight).
