The Chicken Soup Diet for Weight Loss

Ingredients

-One chicken cut into 8/10 pieces;

-2 tablespoons oil (preferably olive oil);

-Parsnip – 3 pieces;

-Celery – 2 pieces;

-Carrots – 2 pieces;

-Onion – one piece, chopped;

-Garlic – 3 cloves;

-Parsley – one bunch;

-Salt and pepper;

-Fresh lemon juice – for taste.

Preparation

Unbone the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Let it boil on a small flame, after it is done boiling let the water cool, clean of the fat that rose above and put it to boil again. Add onion, garlic, carrot, celery and parsnip and let boil for about 8 minutes. Add parsley at the end. Put salt and pepper and add lemon juice.
