The ab lounger

The ab lounger is a machine shaped like a chair; you sit in it like you would in a chair. All you have to do to get started is leaning backwards and then back forwards, this trains your abs a lot, and is hard to do wrong. When looking to buy one, don’t hesitate to buy a cheap ab lounger. The cheap one should do just as fine as a more expensive one.

How good is it?

Is it the perfect abs machine? Maybe, maybe not, there is a lot of different ab machines, and many of them trains the abs in different ways, but this machine defiantly is popular, and it is because it is great at what it does. So I guess it must be real good. It offers much more potential compared to normal sit ups, and the machine makes sure you do the sit ups right as well.

How to exercise with the ab lounger

It is probably one of the easiest machines to use, as I said earlier you just sit in it and then lean back and forth. This sounds easy, and it is. But you can mix the exercises to get an even better result. You can lean a little back and a little forth, do this many times in a row. After that maybe try to lean all the way back and all the way up again, do this a couple of times as well. You can shift between this two a couple of times. You can also mix in a couple of repetitions where you do some regular repetition and some fast repetitions, some slow ones are great too.
