How to Lose Weight in 2 Days

Trying to lose weight in 2 days may sound silly and the amount of weight you lose may sound trivial, but if you are usually not much of a dieter or do much exercise you could end up losing a surprising amount over a two day span with the two simple techniques we are going to discuss in this article.  Frontloading calories is a great way to get your body the energy it needs to last throughout the day and by doing lots of little exercise spaced out through the day will help you shed up to ten pounds on your two day race to weight loss.

The first thing we will discuss is the diet.  You can’t expect to eat a pizza for breakfast and lose a lot of weight in a two day period, but we aren’t asking you to go harvest grass from your lawn to blend into a shake.  You need to set up a protein rich big breakfast that avoids a majority of carbohydrates and fat.  Eggs are a great choice, as are fruits and vegetables.  Adding in some sausage or ham can be ok if it is in moderation; this big breakfast is going to keep you full throughout the day and be supplemented by tiny meals to keep your metabolism working hard all day long and have everything digested before you go to bed at night.

Instead of the normal regime of an hour of aerobics for two days, we are going to break it up into dozens or even hundreds of little quick exercises.  You need to do something aerobic and mildly intensive for a minute or two as often as possible.  If you are watching TV, do it at each commercial break.  Try to fit one little training session into the end of each activity that you do.  When you get back from running an errand, after cooking, after doing the dishes, and after any other activity that comes to mind try to do some jumping jacks or jump rope for a few minutes.

These two techniques will help you shed pounds for a couple days and help you get jump started into a healthier lifestyle.  Healthy weight loss is more a measure of willpower and desire than any other factor.  If you have the desire to get healthy and the willpower to avoid all the terrible foods and habits, you will lose weight.  Starting with this burst of weight loss is a great way to get your body motivated to lose a lot of weight over time.
