How to Lose Weight in 5 Days Easily

The safest way to lose weight is a slow process that involves moving away from the processed foods we are accustomed to and migrating to much more organic and healthy foods.  Sometimes you really need to drop a few pounds and we can take the same mentality of these detoxification diets and crunch them down and teach you how to lose weight in 5 days.  While this particular method isn’t recommended for more than a short five day period, you could expand it to last much longer with a slower transition period.

The important thing is to not shock your system.  Going from pizza and beer to organic fruits and vegetables over the course of one meal is just asking for trouble and health problems, not to mention a bad reaction from your body.  You need to come up with a transition period both into this diet and back to your normal eating habits.  The diet is going to consist of a lot of fruit juice and vegetables.  Throwing in some protein and other carbohydrates is recommended on the first and last day, to help prepare your system for the shock the three days in the middle are going to be.

For the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th day, you are going to drink lots of fruit and vegetable juices with no solids at all; this is a sort of extreme method but do not fear the diet is safe when used in moderation.  The advantage is that you will lose a lot of weight and keep it off as long as you start working on healthier eating habits.  If you go back to cheeseburgers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner then the weight is going to quickly return.  Changing your diet and lifestyle to keep the weight off isn’t as hard as you’d imagine, but it does require effort.

Weight loss and dieting is serious and shouldn’t be messed with lightly.  You need to use willpower and safety when you take on any diet.  The more radical the diet the more caution should be exercised.  While this diet is safe and will help you shed those few necessary pounds to look great in that bikini, other more severe diets can have long term side effects.  Consulting your physician before trying any longer diets or detoxification processes is recommended.  Weight loss doesn’t have to be slow, but it does need to be safe.
