Lose Weight in a Healthy Way

Losing weight is not just about losing weight. For example if you lose 30 pounds … you want them lost and never to be found again.

We tend to force weight loss because we want fast weight loss, but this is a mistake. You do not have to do this, you do not have to restrict yourself and make compromises, your brain and body will not know that you are doing this to lose weight and will start to preserve energy, slow down the metabolism and consume less and this will make you lose weight in twice the time. And this is not the end, when the time comes and the diet “ends” the body will start to stockpile. And how does it do that? That is right … fat; it starts to deposit fat again.

You have to know that the body is an extraordinary machine, a machine made to house us, our consciousnesses, it has safeguards everywhere for any situation, the preservation mechanism is our most important weapon for survival, and we have to learn to use it. This is how we survived for thousands of years.

You have to follow a few steps.

1. The first thing you have to do is to carefully choose a diet; it has to be a healthy diet;

2. Sport is the next step, combine the diet with sports, this will actually burn fat;

3. Then you have to turn that diet into a way of life, turn that diet into habits, goals and positive thinking;

4. Ask for support; family, friends, colleagues can be your biggest ally but they can also be your greatest enemy. Tell people about your weight loss diet and ask for their help;

This will be hard at first but you will adapt, the body always does. But it will adapt to a healthy diet that provides all the needed nutrients, vitamins and minerals. You only have to try.
