Simple Double Chin Exercises

Having a bugging chin can do so much damage to one’s self esteem. If you have this chin problem and want to do away with it ones and for all, you are probably considering chin removal as the best way to deal with the problem. The truth is that you need not live with double chins because there are ways to deal with it through double chin exercises.

You must first understand why you have this problem. If the skin on the neck starts sagging as a result of loosening, this will become a more prominent area and the sight of double chins will not be too good. Before resorting to a doctor for help, there are simple exercises you can do to get rid of the double chin problem. The first exercise involves tilting your head till the neck is stretching throat muscles. Do this till you feel the muscles tighten then hold the position for a while, it should be instantaneous for individuals with fat cheeks. Sleeping in this posture will be challenging at first but with time you get used to it.

During daytime, you can exercise to get rid of double chins by leaning forward on an armless chair then opening your mouth and sticking out the tongue as far as you can. Hold this posture for 10 to 15 seconds then repeat the process after a minute of relaxing. You may repeat this exercise as frequently as you can but doing it twice or thrice in a day is recommended. The next simple exercise involves pressing the palms of your hand against your forehead firmly. At first do it gently then increase the intensity gradually in the next few seconds. When you feel the pressure build on your neck muscles, release the pressure and relax for a minute then do this over again.
