If you are considering buying the Ab King Pro, I would recommend again it, and here’s why.  While our ab king pro review may sound harsh, it is true that it isn’t really worth it.  It is a glorified situps machine that won’t really do your abs any good after a while.

The padding on the Ab King Pro is not that good, and it became uncomfortable for me after 2 weeks of daily use.  Also, the Ab King Pro video that is provided does not really give you any new information or helps you to get the abs that you desire.

The Ab King Pro is one of the most popular infomercial ab machines, but it’s just the other, crappy.  It does not feature any adjustable pieces, and unless you are the perfect size for the machine, you will not be getting an optimized workout.

If you are serious about improving your abs, and getting a better ab workout, then I would really suggest using a Swiss ball, or an exercise ball.  By using one of these, you’ll not only get better abs, but you will develop and strengthen your entire core.  While exercise machines, like the Ab King Pro, only perform one straight forward up and down motion, an exercise ball keeps you off balance so you have to focus on keeping yourself straight, providing a much better ab workout.
